How do I know that NABP has recognized & received my credits?

You can log on to the NABP website (http://www.nabp.net/) and view it under your account.

Pharmacists with questions regarding their NABP e-Profile or CPE Monitor should refer to the FAQ section on the NABP website (www.nabp.net/programs/cpe-monitor/cpe-monitor-service) or contact NABP Customer Service: custserv@nabp.net or telephone 847-391-4406.

Where do I view all the courses that I have taken?

For CPE courses taken through the SPEC site, you can log in to SPEC and go to ‘My Account’ and click on the ‘Transcripts’ tab. Here you will see all the credits earned, any in-completions, or courses in progress.

For all CPE taken from various sources, you may log on to the NABP website (http://www.nabp.net/) and view the list on your account page.

How do I retrieve my credits for courses taken?

Once you successfully complete a course you input NABP number and click on Submit. Your submission will take 4 to 6 weeks to be uploaded on to the NABP website (but usually, its a little sooner than 4 weeks). You can check the status of the your submission on the NABP website (http://www.nabp.net/).
